Unprofessional

Disapointed in the service .Cannot keep to scheduled requested call times .Consultants are unprofessional and dropped the call when I asked why was I not called at my requested time .They then continued to incorrectly update my account as in arrears on the credit bereau whereas they debited the payment on the 1st of November.This resulted in my credit score being -15 .
