Unprofessional and rude team

Where do I start? Oh, to the women that called me to find out who the liquidator was on one of our estates. Just so you know, I was in an accident on Saturday. My throat hurts, my voice is basically gone AND! our connection in the office is bad. So, before you shout at me saying "This is such an unprofessional call!", use your brain and think a bit further. Since you complained, I'll talk louder and strain the muscles in my throat just for you☺️
