Unprofessional and not helpful and attentive to clients

Today i went to one of the banks in kraaifontein I wanted my bank statement yes my card is dormant but the service I received by one of your consultants is terrible a lady with lemon green eyes didn't want to assist me and yes I do agree I need 48 hrs to access it with a fee she says it wll be on.a Thursday which is false please teach your staff to be nice. And patient with clients ... she's very unprofessional I had to go to brackenfell to be assisted by zandi very nice lady .
