Unprofessional agents

I have called on numerous occasions and I just cannot seem to get through. It rings and then eventually cuts off. The agents I speak to are unable to assist me with my queries and then push me from pillar to post.

I have settled an account which i had, this had been settled 3 years ago, up till this date the account has not been closed and it is still showing under my credit profile. I am utterly disappointed with Absa as their agents are working from home and they sound as if they have just woken up from a deep sleep. This is extremely unprofessional as they just talk to you as if it's a informal conversation with their friend. Please ensure that your lines are active and that we as customers are not wasting our time trying to phone.
