Unprofessional ABSA Credit Card Staff!

Dear Absa Credit Card please get your staff in line. I keep getting calls from your "agent" her name is Imogen her tel no. ***. She calls clients keeps quite and hopes she'll frop calls then she pretends she's tried to do her job. I spoke to her once. But most times she calls she uses this trick. We've also worked at call centres we know these Old tricks. Jobs are scarce, please get her retrained before she gets herself fired. Please get a professional person to call me. If you check your records you'll see I've discussed what happened with payment. It will be back to normal this month.
