Unprofessional

Absa is worse bank to bank with been with them for so many years, a ********** online transaction happened on my account I did EVERYTHING they requested me to do, from affidavits and all, and they simply told me to get a case number but saps won't give one unless they also look into the case, and told me management won't even look at my ********** affidavit without a case number, i asked the investigator to call me last week Thursday and no call, TODAY IS A MONTH MY MONEY WENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND THEY JUST NONCHALANT ABOUT IT ALL. #RETURNMYMONEY!!!!
