Unprofessional

I have a vehicle finance account with Absa and it is 1 payment behind as far as i know. It recently brought to my attention that Absa has contacted my next of kin and somehow they revealed some of my important information which actually left me very shocked. I thought the next of kin is necessary in terms of locating my whereabouts but seems Absa reveals whatever they feel necessary to whoever answers the phone. I would like Absa to send me detailed statement of the account in question.
