Unprofessional
Documents have been submitted on the 30th of October and we still have not received any feedback from Absa. When trying to contact them, you are sent from one department to another and are put on hold indefinitely. This is hindering the winding up of an Estate.

14 Nov 2024, 09:06We await feedback on another matter as well, which has been submitted on the 3rd of October. This is completely unsatisfactory and it shows the incompetence of Absa. The entire process of the winding up of the Estates is now put on hold simply due to the mere fact that Absa has not given us feedback on these matters. Our next step is to lodge a complaint with the National Financial Ombud Scheme.
