Unprofesional behaviour of absa truatees

<p>hi my name is Koketso tsebe i have a complain about absa trustees i was compansated R ********** ,70 by Raf so honourable judge Mtati Aj's draft order said that the money should go to trust and everything i need i should contact absa trust so absa trust refuses all my request l firstly asked them that i want to remlnovate my parents house they said it is impossible to renovate the house that is not registered in my name they gave me an option that i should get thestand registered in my name so i tried so at the deeds office they said to change my father's stand name to my name i need to buy the stand from my father so i called absa and told them about this they said it was cool now i have submitted all the documents to them 4 weeks ago when i call them they are telling me why should i want to buy the RDP house from my parents i gave them a valid reason, we are 11 in the RDP house that includes my parents and siblings no one is working we are depending on my father's grant money which is not enough to feed 11 mouth i am unable to find a job because of the injuries i got from the accident so i am trying to build a better home for my family i have submitted all the documents to absa the tittle deed and id copies of me and my father now they are telling me stories that the title deed is incomplete they are tryng to convince me to buy another house expensive one so am not interested in the other houses i wanna renovate my parents house i can't leave my parents to struggle while i have enough money to make a better living out of it absa is refusing to pay my father so that they can start the renovations the person who is handling the trust account alwys gives me attitude whenever i contact her so i would appreciate hellopeter to help me with this matter i would appreciate if you could also help ne get my money back fron the trust terminate the trust so that i can handle my own money i went to RAf they said i should get a lawyer to get this money back into my account so please guys help me my contact details are as follows ********** 490/ ********** 417 contacts for the absa trust person who is handling this trust ********** 445 her name is Sibongakonke Cakata i am not happy about the unprofesional behaviour that absa is applying please i really need your help</p>
