Unpleasant Customer Experience

On the 14th of June 2018, I paid over 40K towards my vehicle finance account and was informed that I can decide to either get the installments reduced or term reduced. I then decided that the installments be reduced and arrangements were made via the call centre. On the 22nd of October 2018, I received a call from ABSA Collections informing me that my account is in arrears of R2 641.42 (July). Of which I was advised that this would be provision and the balance from the amount paid in June would be capitalized. I called the call centre and no one was keen to assist me, let alone provide me with a proper solution. They were quick to answer without understanding the nature of the situation. One of the consultants even kept quite after I requested for a solution, instead of a story and was oblivious to the matter at hand.I need urgent response to this as this is not my fault, that the arrangement was NOT done from ABSA's side.

Dear Daphne Le Grange, I received a call and email correspondence from De Koker, Fareed: Absa on Thursday, 25 October at 12:39 PM. It appears that he requested assistance from your internal BU to update my credit profile as it is not my fault for any arrears on account ... He further indicated that the request was loaded incorrect on your side. He then confirmed that the account has been corrected and no arrears on account and requested that the profile be updated. ( ********** 1). May you kindly please verify the above mentioned.

ABSA didn't again. After being informed that i will be assisted and that my account & my credit profile will be updated due to not being my fault for any arrears on account. The request was loaded incorrect on ABSA's side . I was informed that the account has been corrected and no arrears on account . Low and behold, I am told that I skipped three car payments. How? Now I am listed. This is not fair at all because, I have not skipped a payment. My credit profile needs to be updated according and rectified. This is standing in my way of purchasing property.
