Unpaid refund

Hi HelloPeter, I have a serious challenge with absa bank. My daughter bought clothes on shein and was refunded some clothes she wasn’t happy about. Shein told her it would take 7 days for the money to reflect on her phone. Shein refunded her money on the 7th of November 2025 and told her the money will take 14 business days to reflect on her phone but it hasn’t. We went to their branches but they couldn’t even help us, they told us to send them an email but they haven’t responded yet. We even went to their other branch because it has been more than 14 days. The money is R 1 158 and it hasn’t reflected yet. I’m really upset please help us
