Unpaid debit order

Hi Absa,

Please look at this for me.

I have a debit order for my loan going off on the 28th of each month. What I do is deposit money into account ********** 974 before the debit order date. Absa then using a NAEDO tracked absa loan thing takes the loan amount before the debit order date however the debit order still going off on the 28th which results in a unsucessful debit which leaves me with the fees. WHY?? either cancel the debit order and do the naedo the loan fees or debit the money on the agreed debit order date but you cant do both and leave me with unpaids. Kindly credit the June & July R50,44 for unsucessful debit orders due to you actually taking the money earlier than agreed. I dont see why I should pay for something that you already have taken which is due on a specific date which I have a debit order in place for.
