unnecessary charges

I transferred money from cheque to savings and when I transfer it back to cheque from savings I was charged an up normal amount which I shouldn't when I research.<br> <br> I would like absa to only debit back my money that was taken from my account for no reason and if they were supposed to take it I need a full and detailed explanation on why.<br>
