Unnecessary blocking of banking services
I am starting to think that Absa has a problem with me if you can check I had reported on the 21st of September a different case with them and they sorted it out. I then did transactions on the 29/09 through internet banking same time when I was doing transactions I did a cash send that didn't went through then Absa send a message that ***** department tried to call me in connection with that R300 wallet transaction that was done minutes apart with the same transactions I was doing. When I attempted logging on my app it was blocked and internet banking also blocked I sent an email to card division informing them it was me who was trying to make a cash send and also requested that they unblock my services and send them my other number I use abroad to contact me on. I received a response that states that I have to call ***** department. I did today called the ***** d3partment and I spoke to Nhlanhla asked him to call me back and I gave him my number SA numb3r as I have loaded airtime to roam calls and he said he's calling me immediately and he didn't no response no nothing and as per the ref number given above the emails are there with also my taiwan number. Now am not sure either Absa want to frustrate me now not to have access to my money or what. I even wish I am home to close all my accounts with them and be out of it. Cause if they xan check the transactions it's pretty obvious that it was me who was doing the cash send as even some of the transaction made were internal to my home loan. I am starting to think Absa want to frustrate me with my finances with him. I understand they are protecting the client but the transactions states clearly that it's one person secondly I sent my international number and they didn't bother to call bit ask me to call ***** department, thirdly I called that ***** department Nhlanhla promised to call me back and he didn't bother. International number is +***.
