Unnecessarily elongating service

My wife bought a car a year ago and financed it through ABSA Vehicle Finance. We recently settled pur debt with them since the car has been sold. Now when we want to transfer ownership to the new owner, we need the original registration papers which are in possession of ABSA.<br> <br> WHY NOT TELL US THAT YOUR YOU WILL REQUEST THE PAPERS AND SEND THEM TO US, THE MOMENT WE SETTLED OUR DEBT!?!?
