Unlocated funds its an owner of the building s urban task force

I paid rent and they say its not reflecting on their account. I paid 1st rent on 2nd of September 3000r and a balance of R1470 between 3rd and 10th of September. Deposited in an atm. I only knew on the 2nd of Oct that it didn't reflect when contacting the office they say the caretaker was suppose to come and tell me Caretaker switches off power if there are outstanding balances so I don't have the atm slip with mewh I approached him he said he forgot to tell me sso now the office doesn't want to talk to me they say I must deal with the caretaker yet they agreed to have unlocated funds I depose anywhere where I find atm it's long I have forgotten which atm was that I tried one in park station to no avail I gave caretaker details he is not helping please help
