******** Practice and Poor service

I entered into a contract with the impression that first loan payment
was due as per discussion 02/2015 however this was not the case as I
received a call from debt collection department from ABSA indication a
returned debit. As you would imagine this came as a shock however I
was willing to make the payment due with the short notice provided as
the attached statement will clearly show.

The conduct in relation to the collection of the debt/areas
against my account was unsatisfactory. I refer to below listed
examples:

Example 1:
A representative of your business (Johan Swanepoel - Legal
Department) had been ringing my phone very frequently even though
payment arrangements were in place threatening seizing of possession
(including the car to pay the debt). I then since found out that there
was no court judgement against that would enable the Sherif to seize
the possession or the vehicle.

Example 2:
A representative of your business (Martinus - Last Name
Unknown) physically attached me and my lady companion while forcibly
trying to retrieve my vehicle under fall pretence alleging that he was
instructed by ABSA to repossess the car without producing any paper
work. After this representatives poor conduct causing a spectacle,
humiliation and embarrassment in a public place (Makro Gezina - on
10/12/2016) further followed by significant damage to the front left
passenger door as he kicked the vehicle in his rage.

Example 3:
A representative of your business (Johan Swanepoel) rang my work place
(OUTsurance) and was unable to get hold me at the time and spoke to a
co-worker about my debt. The representative also asked my co-worker
for personal details about myself including my phone number. I was
terribly embarrassed and believe that his conduct caused significant
harm to my professional reputation.

I am concerned that consumers are being misled about the terms of
their contract and the rights they can excise.
Further to the above examples, I ask that you investigate the attached
email correspondence between myself and vehicle dealership from which
the car was financed. The circumstances leading to the assess retake
have been rather debatable

Please urgently assist with the below mail,

I have been getting thrown from pillar to post since the inception of my vehicle account.

This I by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, pathetic really. How hard is

It to gather facts and provide a solution rather than aggressively thrust ************ business tactics towards

consumers. Purposefully drive consumers to financial ruin in in the hopes to meet bottom lines and departmental targets!

Such terrible service can only be expected from subworld countries, it’s totally pathetic to say the least. I mean I have been promised endless investigations and feedback with none to speak off yet I am being ********ly prosecuted for your errors and lack of service.

May I please receive a responds addressing my concerns.
