******** deductions made by ABSA

<p>During 2014 ABSA deducted R100.00 from my account for the safe keeping of my will. However i did not had a will at ABSA. I never gave them a will nor did i ask them to keep it for me. After numerous atempts to contact them and trying to resolve the matter, i finally reprted them with hellopeter. They paid me back the R100.00. Now on Friday 2/06/2017 they deducted R100.00 again for the safe keeping of my will. I do not have a will with ABSA, i never gave ABSA a will nor did i instruct them to keep it for me. I wish to report this behavior as totally unacceptable and if they continue acting in this manner, i will close my account with them.</p>
