******** Debit Order

I opened a case with Absa on the 29th of April regarding incorrect debit order actioned for the month of April 2021. This debit is regarding Bond Protector Insurance, my bond was settled in March 2021, I have asked a question why was the bond protector not closed as well? Because if there's no bond to protect then why still keep policy active? - This question has not been answered.

The second issue I raised was that on the bond protector policy nowhere does it state that in the event that bond is settled I need to cancel the policy or that I am liable to do so.

3 weeks now, no feedback from those who said they will investigate.
