******** block account of a student by Absa

My daughter which is 13 years old has an Absa savings account for her studies, we came to know yesterday that the account is blocked due to suspected *****. My wife went to the east london absa branch which is in Greenfields, she was turned away by the branch manager who used words on her. This is not the way absa should treat they clients. I'm in need of assistance for this account to be opened. Please assist if anyone can.
