******** Bank Fees

Yesterday I have transferred money into my account from abroad - I do this on a regular basis to cover costs. Yesterday, for the first time, YOU have taken a fee for this transaction - WHY??? This is the second time this year your are taking a fee from my account without informing me of your reason and you don’t bother answering to emails either! The fact that I have no option but to trust you as a bank with my money soars me and you have the power to take ‘fees’ for every time a person just looks at their account without formal notification. Please reply in person justifying your above actions. To say the least, I am p ... angry!!
