Unknown transactions and absa call centers unreachable

This morning I saw that there is an unknown transaction listed as "JOURNAL DEBIT SAS WDL FEE COR" for R93.60. I have made effort of trying to call the call center and ***** center but the calls kept dropping. I hope to get some answers for this transaction as it seems I am not the only one that has this issue.
