Unknown penalties
I had an account where I places a withdrawal notice on 30th April 2019 I was told to come back after 32 days. The amount that I was supposed to get according to the payment instructions was R2200, on the 18 June 2019 (after 32 days) I went to the bank and the teller only gave me R1150.30 to my surprise because according to the instructions the where no penalty to be paid since I gave a notice.
The bank just takes money... That's one of the reasons I moving away
