Unknown Debits on my ABSA account

I have been having issues with my Absa cheque account being debited with an unfami**** description " Journal Debit Govender K "

The first debit went off in November for R510.55 , the second was in December for R990.08 , the third was in January for R251.69 and the last was a debit and then an immediate credit for R504.55 on the 20/02/2021 .

I have been in contact with ABSA since December 2020 to try and find out why this debit keeps going of my account and till date the only response i have received is that it doesn't make sense, they cant find out who is responsible and that i need to call ***** department.

I have contacted and spoke to Xoliswa who investigated , failed and then referred me to Absa ***** department. I spoke to Sibusiso Shongwe at ***** on the 23/01/2021 and even though I advised him General enquiries failed and asked me to call ***** he refused to log a request and stated I need to call general enquiries again. I have been in contact with Dave Mabiletsa on the 23/01/2021 and was told he would investigate, I waited until the 03/02/2021 until i called again and dealt with Alpheus Matshailwe who again asked for time to investigate. Please see response below.

" Good Day Mr. Mogany "

" I have escalated this matter to seek an input on possible ***** on this matter as we not receiving any positive outcome from the branch in relation to the app**** debits on your account.

I will contact you before the end of business day to deliberate on a possible solution on this matter.

We would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused on this matter. "

We are now in April and still no one knows the reason for these debits I have been told to call ***** but if I do call them I get referred back to General enquiries who clearly cannot assist.
