unknown debit order
Good day
Last month i query about my account has a return debit order and the Branch called me and advice they will escalate the issue to different department, now this month i see a debit order for a detail statement which i never requested i think it request by Alexandra,why i have been charge for that R450,00 ON THE 02 APRIL 2018 Reference (EFFEC ********** 8) kindly advice
