Unknown charges by Absa

Just woke up this morning to an ibank payment to Absa for R1 324.92 . Can someone tell me what that is for becuase that had better not be the so called internet charges. And plese don't tell me to go to my branch cos last month i had a problem with internet banking noone could help me out i had to figure it out myself. Your email service people only respond on email 4weeks later to tell me they hope the situation is solved.. well no thanks to you guys!!! So i need answers urgently about what the money deducted is for????????
