unknown charge put my credit card into arrears!
<p>I was online banking recently and noticed that my credit card was in the red, I try to ensure this Never happens and when I checked the statement a "finance charge" of over R100 had been deducted on the 13th of December. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have not used my credit card for a long time and would like this finance charge explained or reversed. </p>
