Unknown Cashsend

I got to work this morning and realized that my account balance was lower than how i left it in the morning. On going through my account i realized that a cashsend had been sent to my number,however i have not received any sms showing withdrawal of funds or an sms with the withdrawal pin. I called ABSA and was told the cashsend was taken out at Potch. I stay in Joburg and at the time when the cashsend was sent i was preparing myself for work in Joburg. This is not the first time that ABSA has done this to me with regards to cash send. Can ABSA please sort this out for me. Its December i need my first.
