Unknowledgeable Staff
Called my branch to notify for bond cancellation as i am selling my property. They told me me i must call home loans call center and its done via its call centre. Which i did...they then said i must send an email which i also did. No response whatsoever. When i called the Claremont( ********** 200) branch back they now saying i must go into the bank and complete forms. Even the contact number on the bond statement doesn't allow for this now.

28 Mar 2019, 09:35ABSA sent me a email with a number to call and a reference number to quote. So i have to call and wait on the line 10 mins to sort out a problem ABSA caused. I called only to be told they don't deal with this query and i must call Home loans - the very department that was clueless to begin with and never responded to my emails to begin with. Just a vicious cycle of ignorance and passing the buck!
