Unjust investigation and delays on APPROVED Home loan application

I urgently need to speak with someone at ABSA homeloans regarding a bond application that was approved and now withheld or paused pending investigation with no tangible reason.

I called the home loan land line and apparently they also not sure whats the cause of the investigation. I even went to the branch to clear whatever pending issues or information they might need to speed up the process but no one could explain why am I even being investigated!

I'm very upset with the treatment I received on this application as there is absolutely no explanation of this delay nor the investigation. Nobody wants to account for this process/application. Honestly this is pure unfair treatment and racial **************!

Request for someone in management or next in the chain of command to assist with my query has been impossible. I don't understand why we as the client don't have a direct point of contact for someone to assist us or why ABSA cant direct us to someone in a position of management to assist. No accountability and no sense of urgency.
