Unjust enrichment

What shall save us from *******ion of big institutions.

I have a service plan with Absa(Innovation group). My monthly installment is R300 and I have no arrears but to my surprise Absa has deducted straight R1 549.65 from my account without any explanation whatsoever.

This is literally unjust enrichment. Not to mention that when you follow a process of refund they shall take forever to refund you. This is very discouraging.
