Unhelpfulness

I visited ABSA Ngcobo Branch today 08/09/2025 with hopes that I could get a reprint of a deposit I made during the month of January 2025. I was assisted by a lady at the Teller Zone who was the only one working at the time at around 13:40 pm. I was told that I should go back to the branch where the deposit was done for a reprint (not ATM dispute/claim). This was surprising to me and hard to comprehend as a deposit can be made anywhere in the country, meaning I would have to travel KM’s and spend money for a mere receipt. I don’t know if it was not having interest in helping or each branch of ABSA has an entire different system from the others.

Nonetheless my visit was not fruitful and I got the impression that the lady simply did not want to help. I know the details of the deposit.
