Unhelpful bank service

<p>Absa Albert st ask me to call helpcentre on * 77 02 regarding my queries which Was my straight balanceon gold creditcard to be moved to budget balance with one instalment this was done last only having to findout that Absa headodfice left an amount on straight balance and refuses to combide so they could charge me more interest.. I am a client with Absa for +-10 I am gonna close my account soon</p>
