Unhelpful

Absa does not want to issue me with a New Credit Card because my old one ending in *** 1021 has expired. I have sent about 4 requests and its either I don't get a response and they refer me to the collections team. My account is up to date and there no payment arrangements as everyone else has confirmed be but the premium banking team is just giving me the run around for a new card that I will pay for. How is this TCF?? Please I need a new card.
