Unhelpful

I have sent multiple emails and calls to absa regarding my cheque account. I get a call every month where I make arrangements for payment and they agent says no problem I will make notes and I pay every month yet today I received an sms not an email an sms advising that I will be handed over if I don't pay the full amount with in 10 days of date of letter which is 2 days ago. So if I can't afford it as I have sent detailed info to absa do you expect me to sell a kidney or half of my liver to pay the amount in full. I have sent details to witness regarding this and multiple other people as well. So what the %:') @# do you expect of me. I am trying to pay and it's difficult as I was without a job for almost a year. So please stop threatening me as it won't solve anything.
