Unhelpful

I called ABSA vehicle finance so we can talk about my installment as I’m financially strained right now. The consultant told to email secured restructuring even now there’s no response of any sort. So now I’m not sure what’s going to happen when it comes to my installments unless if ABSA just enjoys repossessing. Could someone at restructuring respond to my email or call me back how does it work after how does one get helped?????
