UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY ABSA PERSONAL TALK TO CLIENTS RUDE

I have been a client for 15 + years. I never had issues till after i bought my second vehicle through them. The added their own insurance even they know who im insured with. So this year I ended up in a financial pinch. I arranged to make additional payment on my car to catch up and still pay my normal debit order. Since June 2022 I have endured harassment from ABSA every single day (today alone 7 calls and every time i need to tell them call me at 15:00 when Im free to talk but still they call any time) I have been threatened so many time with " you can not pay your vehicle we will repo it for you" and this while they confirm they can see my installment and the additional fund paid to them this is via their Risk managers. ABSA has become unprofessional and rude. I hope to move banks soon.
