Unhappy Trustee Client

My name is Nonhlanhla and my mother's name is Phumlile May Ndwandwe and she is a Guardian of your Trustee Client Thulani Ndwandwe. My complaint is about Sbongakonke Cakata in Watloo Branch I think ,she is unreliable,rude and not good person to assist each time my mother has to send a request it becomes a mission to get an immediate response from her, when we call her she doesn't pick up and when she eventually does pick up she tells us she'll get back to us which she never does. Currently your Clients School Fees are not paid for the year 2022 we can't access his School report because of that fact we don't even know how the boy is doing in his grade this year. In July we emailed her a Request for a Refund of Thulani's Stationary, and an increament of his monthly allowance because the current one it's no longer enough and we've explained that to her after the fact through a phone call and she told us she'll ask her Manager and call us back and it's been over a month and that call never came, right now Thulani is sick we can't even buy him medication or take him to the Dr. We would like the Fees to be paid, Get the Refund for the Stationary money and get the Balance of the increament that we asked for and the increament moving forward to be approved..and now in October Thulani's Birthday is coming up we going to fight over the phone with Sbongakonke and regardless of the fight Thulani won't get what he wants which is a phone and Soccer boots... If possible can we have someone else to assist us with the Trust Account and not her anymore as she is very rude
