Unhappy empty promises
I am really upset and unhappy about the way my case has been handled.
It is now day 4 since empty promises from ABSA to transfer the money into my new account. And the matter is still not resolved.
Everyday I call and follow up you give me the same excuse. I cannot pay my accounts because ABSA is not keeping to their promise.
Very uphappy and it feels like I am just an number in a very large pool of unhappy customers
