Unhappy Customer

I'm writing this email with a heavy heart, I traveled to Johannesburg over the weekend as I reside here in Durban. On Sunday I went to Nandos Sun Ridge Mall with my 8 year old as I was seated eating a. Unknown black male snatched my phone in my hand and flees the scene, I phoned my service provider to block my phone this was arround 4: 30 and rushed to police station to open a case and a was in order as they confirmed having blocked the phone and received ITC number. On Monday I went back to Durban upon my arrival I decided to buy coffee at Woolworth as I had a long day with the police trying to track my phone, my card declined and I panicked and called the bank where I was told that the money was moved to a Capitec account which is not mines, the total amount was R16000 the consultant told me that they will investigate.

On Tuesday the 11th I went to Absa Gateway where I was told to lie mother case and submit and Affidavid indicating what trenspired on that day and this was exactly 12:16, Today I received a letter dated the 11th time 11:39 which is the exact date I submitted the affidavit and the outcome is " regrettable no funds were recovered" and they went in to say Absa systems were not tampered with now how did this ***** happen then if that's the case? His did these frausters managed to even change all my emails log in? How did they access the app as it had my face ID? I am not accepting the outcome of this complain as I feel Im being ****** of my hard earned cash which I worked so hard for and all you can say is there was no ***** activity your end???????? Did you go to the place of the incident to request for the footage as that restaurant has cameras? And to think that i have a bond with you guys and this is how you resolve your case/s makes me worried as how safe I am with you. Please resolve this issue asap and refund my money back into my account as it is your duty to insure that your systems are we protected from these scanners and further to this I have an insurance under my credit account I actually thought this wS to cover in the even if I loose my job if anything similar to these, Unhappy customer
