Unhappy customer

I find it unacceptable that this is the response i get after trying to make a deposit at an Absa Atm 8612 at @16:44. The atm retains my money and I'm only told that I will get my funds in 5-7 working days. If the transaction is showing on the system that it was unsuccessful why must i wait that long to get my refund. You need to review your process as its definitely one sided meaning you are ok but me as a client I am left stranded.
