UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I had a bad experience recently at my ABSA branch, I have been banking with them for 4 years now yet I was treated like a novice. I recently had to dispose off my electronics in preparation for the just concluded XMAS, The item was listed on one of the most popular platforms, a buyer contacted me, we had an agreement and they wanted to purchase the item and give me a check, I was skeptical and insisted for them to make the payment into my account, They made a part-payment and the when I received the alert, I was more than willing to send off their items through man they claimed he was a courier. Everything went smooth, although they were still owing like 2000 rand, I was confident at this time they had a pure intention, They promised to do cash send the following morning which I comp****. I was able to withdraw my funds until I notice by accounts been frozen, I popped in confidently to my branch thinking it was a FICA related problem. Only to be embarrassed by a woman that my account has been involved in ****... I was beyond shocked, what kind of **** they wouldn't mention, I have never been that embarrassed, The ***** department called me in and asked what is going on? Really, I should be the one asking that. I was told my account was under investigation, and so on. I was supposed to be contacted and ABSA should know how to deal better, making me feel like a ******** is so low, also the supposed frozen account is being deducted for charges and I wonder how if I never transacted how could I be charged, I sold my things because I was needing money but I couldn't even get access to my own money, I am behind on my bills. I NEED MY MONEY, I AM CLEAN AND HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE
