Unhappy customer

Yesterday I decided to go to Absa branch in Bridgcity mall in Kwa mashu. I got there at 14:30. First of all there is no assistance at the door to make it easier for us to know which Que to follow so I had to ask the other people who were sitting and waiting. We waited from 14:30 to 16:45 until one lady called me. My aim was to open a bank account that all, so when I sat down she never greeted me I had to greet her. Then I tell her I want to open a bank account, her question was why? I was confused so I asked what do you mean, she says whats the reason cause I can only open an account for my salary to be paid there or for a student account . So I told her I have an account for my salary I just an account for my savings. she tells me I cannot have 2 accounts on my name and she went on and on. My point is even if what shes saying was correct had there been someone at the door assisting the clients coming in I would have known from the time I arrived that what I came for will not be possible.

I am 7 weeks pregnant mind you I sat there for 3 hours could not go and pee cause they had closed already so if I went out I was not going to be allowed in again only to be told I can open a bank account. I'm highly disappointed with the service I got from absa. Something needs to be done cause I'm sure this was not the first or the last time something like this happened. I hope this massage will not fall into deaf ears.

I am not going back to the absa ever again.
