Unhappy client

I have a vehicle finance with Absa which on my credit profile it reflects handed over but the account is up to date. I have made numerous calls to try and get the bank to inform credit bureaus to update this with no luck. Sent emails to Chene who hasn't bothered to respond to them and yet debit order is running through my account monthly but my credit profile is affected by this adverse listing
