Unhappy client

My car was repossessed after 3 months of not paying. No warning was issued, I was just followed and stopped in the middle of the street of JHB with my kids and wife in the car. I told the guys I was having a problem paying via EFT which I always do, bit they wouldn't buy that.

The following day I made so many calls to absa trying to find out how much must I pay but I was told not to pay cos they will have to charge me for coming to collect the car, plus storage. At the end of the day someone told me that my car hasn't been booked in yet.

Finally on Friday I git hold of the person responsible for giving me the amount bit she says she cannot give me the release amount cos it's month end. I asked if it's an aba policy and she said no. I told her it's pathetic, cos the more days I don't pay it means they are going to charge me more for storage, and the reason I was behind was because I didn't have money. She says she can only give me the release amount on Monday
