Unhappy client

I'm certainly not happy with this bank at all.i open my account online so I requested my card to be delivered unfortunately I lost my sim that I registered with so the card was not delivered okay went to my nearest branch to update my cellphone number only to find out my number was never updated.and online I can't apply for my card this bank is such a mess..wouldn't recommend to anyone at all
