Unhappy client

Absa I am very disappointed in your service. My account has been upgraded and I requested my new card to be delivered to me and not collected. I then receive a sms to collect at a branch. So at this point I'm wondering y was I contacted to upgrade if you not able to carry out instructions as per my request. I contacted the helpline to arrange for a delivery which has still not been actioned!!! I requested a new business card few weeks back, to date I am still waiting for a call back. Your service is appalling.
