Unhappy Client

I app**** for a Personal loan via online banking on the 01 September 2015, it is provisionally approved I was requested to send my 3 salary advises and proof of address, which I did on the 01st September 15, and then got 2 sms' on 01 September 2015 that the loan was provisionally approved. I Phoned lending department on the 02,03rd, 4th September 15 and was told that the assessors was not at her/his desk, He or she will return my call when He comes back. every time I call I get the same message, Well nobody has bothered to come back to me. This is unprofessional for a bank like ABSA to act these way and really frustrating as I use money to make these phone calls. <br>
