Unhappy and dissapointed in dishonesty

This is to share what happened to me in the last almost 2 months.

At first I was very impressed, I clicked on an add in my app, to be called back (which I did before and wasn't called back) but this time I was called back within the day I requested the call. (25th of March 2025)

I was super impressed.

I was requested to send information, which I started sending on the same day already to get the process started.

By the 2nd of April they requested more documents, Which I have sent on the 7th of April.

On the 9th, I received documents to be signed, also telling me they will call to explain how to complete them.

On the 10th she called and explained where I need to sign and that THEY will sign as the witnesses and I should not get a witness to sign with me. Which I did on the same day and sent it back. * Also with 2 corrections that was not the same as the one's I've sent before... (How they were not able to make sure the address is correct if the documents was so urgent I do not know)

On the 24th of April I requested feedback since I haven't heard anything yet. The answer received was that everything is in and card department will contact me.

On the 5th of may I again followed up since I don't get any feedback. They sent a request for an update to someone else and CC me in... The person answered MY BANKER I was just cc in, that the witness did not write in full details.

Again silence.....

On the 16th I followed up again, I was told that they are waiting for other company documents from me. When should I have known if no one tells me, I was told I was cc'd in the e-mails. I requested the date of that e-mail since I do not have any e-mail requesting those documents.

I received an e-mail back saying FYI...with the same e-mail where the witness details was requested, but suddenly there was an extra sentence mentioning that they need company docs.

Number 1 - I am waiting almost 2 months. 2 - I am the one following up the whole time 3 - Why is the address and info not correct if you request company documents. 4 - If I should not do the witness, then why is it done wrong by the bank themselves. 5 - If you do need something from me, address an e-mail to me requesting the information, not something sent between bank employees and I should read between the lines they are waiting for information from me. 6 - Oh... and do not say I should have read between the lines if it wasn't even there to begin with.. That equals dishonesty. (she should just have admitted the mistake not send **** info...)
