Unhappy Absa client

My experience with absa continues to be really daunting. I have been paying my Absa overdraft account monthly and instead of it decreasing. It has increased from the initial amount I took out. This feels like broad daylight *******, its as it they don't want me to finish paying. I have not being enjoying my experience with Absa at all
